* 3-Year Mechanism Warranty for Multifunctional Sofas
Scope of Coverage:
We stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 3-year warranty for the mechanism of our multifunctional sofas. This warranty covers the mechanism that allows the sofa to transition between its seating function and its storage function, ensuring you can use your sofa with peace of mind. (Exceptions may apply for Maestro Sofa)
What's Covered:
Defects in Material and Workmanship: Any defects in the materials or workmanship of the mechanism that emerge under normal use conditions.
Functionality: The mechanism should function smoothly, allowing the sofa to transition between its seating and storage functions. If you experience any hitches, jams, or other operational issues, it’s covered.
What's Not Covered:
Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, any product will show signs of wear and tear. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or the effects of normal use.
Accidental or Intentional Damage: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or intentional harm is not covered by this warranty.
Improper Care or Maintenance: Damage or defects caused by improper care or maintenance are not covered.
Modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the original product can void this warranty.
Commercial Use: This warranty applies to residential use only. If the sofa is used in a commercial environment or in any manner inconsistent with regular home use, this warranty may not apply.
Standard Warranty
All Berre Furniture products are backed by a one (1) year warranty, starting from the date of delivery or pick-up, unless stated otherwise. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects. Please note that our products are not designed for commercial or industrial use, unless explicitly specified.
This warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, damage from accidents or impacts, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials, and stains. Any product that has been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with improper methods or products, will not be covered under this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in harsh environments. Consequential or incidental damages are also not covered, and liquidation or final sale items are exempt from this warranty.
For products that require assembly, please handle with care. Prior to assembly, carefully inspect all parts and hardware. Claims regarding valid parts and/or hardware must be made before assembly. Please note that damages resulting from assembly errors and/or mishandling of parts, especially scratches, are not included in this warranty.
Please be aware that you may have consumer rights under relevant federal and local laws that may override certain aspects of this warranty. This warranty does not supersede any rights granted to you by law. As a result, some of these exclusions or limitations may not be applicable to you.
