PRODUCT RETURN 

 

Deposits on Special Order items and Floor Models are non-refundable after 24 hours of order. 

All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. Goods purchased in the Berre showroom or online store can only be returned or exchanged if certain criteria are met. Returns must be authorized in advance by calling the store of purchase or by calling the following numbers: +1 (647) 532-3839 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Pre-authorized returns will only be applied to merchandise that is accompanied by the original receipt, in its original condition, and repackaged in its original packaging. In accordance with applicable local regulations, complaints received after seven days of delivery cannot be processed. Refunds are subject to a 35 percent restocking fee. Special orders and showroom items cannot be canceled or returned. Refunds are not made except in the case of defective goods that we are unable to replace. Return for delivery of the product is the responsibility of the customer. 

  

The actual cost of shipping the replacement item to you will not be credited or refunded and is subject to an additional charge. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Credit that is not used within the given time frame will be considered lost (subject to local regulations).
